Goods purchased from Butterfly Party (facebook or website) are to be paid, in full, within 24 hours. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, Butterfly Party reserves the right to relist the item(s) and/or offer to the next in line.

No further follow up for payment will be made upon receipt of a Butterfly Party invoice.




Your happiness is paramount, so please check your purchase(s) as soon as they arrive. If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your in-stock purchase, please contact Butterfly Party immediately.

We do not offer refunds on purchases for ‘change of mind’ due to the nature of the products.




All items purchased within Australia are sent via Click and Send, The cost of this is a flat rate of $13. If you require insurance on your order, please contact me to arrange this. Inurance is $1.50 per $100 of cover


Custom Designs


Custom products will be discussed and agreed upon after you have purchased a custom listing.

For standard customs, once a design is discussed and agreed upon an invoice for the remaining cost will be issued.

Designs can not be altered in any way once a final decision is made.

Due to the nature of custom orders there are NO returns or refunds, except in the case of a faulty product, or a mistake made by myself. Due to the nature of soap, colours and swirl designs cannot be guaranteed and will not warrant a refund if they are not exactly what you had in mind.



Butterfly Party reserves the right to refuse sales to any party, for any reason, at any time and no correspondence will be entered into.
